Text entered into a search form, such as a name, phone number, or address, is sent to the outside provider that delivers results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. If you contact us, the message and details you choose to send are used to respond.

Like most hosted services, this site may receive standard server-log information, including an IP address, browser type, pages requested, and time of request. Aggregated use information helps maintain the service and understand which reference pages are being read. Cookies or equivalent tools may support basic analytics or advertising measurement.
Purpose of Processing
We use this limited information to run the site, respond to messages, diagnose faults, measure aggregate traffic, and improve the reference material. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual visitor profiles.

Safeguards and Retention
The site uses an encrypted connection where available and keeps operational logs only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above. No account, password, or profile is created for a visitor through this reference site.
Visitors Under 18
This reference is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18. If a minor’s information has been sent to us, contact us so it can be removed.
Requests and Privacy Rights
Michigan research did not identify an enacted comprehensive consumer-privacy statute that gives a universal deletion right for this type of site. A visitor may still ask about information in a contact message or server record through the Contact page, and we will review what we control. Public records held by Commerce Township, Oakland County, Michigan, or a court are not controlled by this site. Corrections, redactions, and access requests for them belong with the source custodian. The Michigan Address Confidentiality Program and record-specific laws can protect some addresses and fields.
